Our story

Journey Together was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to live an independent, meaningful and fulfilling life, with the right support around them.
We work alongside each person, their family and the professionals in their life to understand what matters to them. From there, we build support around their goals, routines and choices — never the other way around.
